Confusion
Confusion is an oil tycoon simulation game developed by Gamious and released in 2016. Start from scratch (literally) as a rookie oil baron in this simulation inspired by the 19th century US oil rush. First, the player must purchase a land lease at the city auction to search for oil using a crawler, screen, or scanner. Then build a rig and dig straight into the ground using an increasingly sophisticated network of pipes.
Finally, once you have your oil reserves, strategically sell your product at the best times to maximize your profits. You’ll soon learn that oil is a dirty business when you meet the townspeople at the local tavern and make some shady deals. Use your earnings to improve the city and buy the necessary upgrades to deal with rock, gas and ice.

Complete your rags-to-riches story by defeating your rivals and buying enough shares in the city to eventually become mayor. In single player mode, play through millions of procedurally generated levels and try to earn as much as possible in a year.
