The final quarter of the year is upon us, and the amount of releases we’re expecting for the various VR platforms is simply dizzying. Of course, you can’t complain about the quantity, the quality will be evident. Here are the major premieres confirmed for October, more than double the average for a normal month, and we’re sure to have forgotten a few:
October 3
- Wizard’s Waltz: Magic Returns to PSVR2, Solo and Asynchronous Co-op.
- Pixel Ripped 1995 comes to PlayStation VR2 with improvements and at no extra cost to those who already had it on PSVR1.
October 5
- Ghost Signal: action, adventure, RPG and a bit of galactic strategy in the Stellaris universe. PC VR and PSVR2.
- Galaxy Kart VR: Crazy cars and broken brakes in the PC VR version.
- Red Matter, ported to PSVR2 and enhanced on PC.
- Dungeons of Eternity: Co-op hack and slash in a dark medieval fantasy world for Quest.
October 10
- BLINNK and the Vacuum of Space: Adventures designed specifically for children on the autism spectrum, but that everyone can enjoy. PSVR2.
- Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs: PSVR1 to PSVR2, pre-order €10.
- BAM: a genre game a brawler in mixed reality to release Quest 3.
- PianoVision: A mixed reality piano learning app, from the App Lab to the main store.
October 12
- Genotype: Antarctica, Genetics, and Alien Science Fiction (unofficial date). Quest.
- YUKI MR, free update with mixed reality mode. Quest.

- Bad Dreams: A diverse assortment of nightmares in the PSVR2 version. They will also terrorize us in Quest.

- Distribution: Paradise Hotel: An old school survival horror flick that couldn’t be missing on PSVR2.
- MADiSON VR is not responsible for heart attacks caused by PC VR and PSVR2 players.
- Phasmophobia: A co-op horror game that went viral because it’s fun to watch others have a hard time on PSVR2.
- Cybrix is moving from the App Lab to the main Meta Quest store.
- Track Craft: Mixed Reality and Miniature Car Tracks for Quest.
- Hubris: Version for PICO.
- Samba De Amigo: Virtual Party: Sega’s music party for Quest viewers.
- Rooms of Realities: Exiting Early Access. PC VR and Quest.
- Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss: Moss character board battles come to PC VR.
- Vail: This multiplayer shooter comes to Quest after undergoing quite a few rounds of testing on PC VR.
- Colossal Cave: PSVR2 support for a game that was already released on the PS5 version.
- It looks like the physical edition of Happy Fundland will be released on October 27th, so it will have to be released digitally this month.

The one about to make his VR debut wearing glasses Task 3 Starting October 10th, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to enter this world. For those of us who continue to use Quest 2, PICO, PSVR2 and various PC headsets, it will take time and money to stay up to date.
