“We would have loved to bring Baldur’s Gate 3 to the Nintendo Switch 2, but we couldn’t make that decision,” Vinke says. Any future adaptation of the game depends on Wizards of the Coastowner of Dungeons & Dragons, and the director notes that “while Larian would love to port the game to Switch 2…his relationship with Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast is not great.”
A version of the dream that is independent of your study
There won’t be a Nintendo Switch 2 version, it seems, and as Sven Vinke points out, it’s independent of Larian Studios.
