Famous and big exclusives in February and March next year.
The end of the year is the first part of the 2024 calendar in terms of video game launches. While it’s true that The Game Awards 2023 offered a wide range of new titles, it was quieter as Sony has prepared for the new year the release of the first two exclusive games for PS5.
It will be the first PS5 exclusive game in 2024 The Last of Us: Part II Remastered, a revision of the original PS4 title from 2020. Its main novelty for former players will be a new roguelike survival mode, as well as three new levels that were not present in the original game. The remaster, which includes graphical and other console-related improvements, will also include Improvise with the guitar and Speed run modes. It will be launched January 19.
A second release, this time as a console exclusive, will follow Dark lighta title already available for PC and now for PS5, specifically for January 30. This sci-fi platformer Metroidvania is set in a post-apocalyptic world and makes players the last hope of a world torn apart and taken over by Dark Creatures.
