Square Enix released a behind-the-scenes video of FF VII Rebirth this Thursday (28). The video is the first episode of the “Inside Final Fantasy VII Rebirth” series and tells more about the creation of the game’s world.

Titled Shaping the World, the player can learn about the details of the game through presentations by Naoki Hamaguchi (Director), Yoshinori Kitase (Producer), and Tetsuya Nomura (Creative Director).

The title appeared as a limited-time PlayStation 5 exclusive and received good reviews from dedicated critics, scoring 93 on Opencritic. The game is currently the highest-rated game of 2024 on the platform, and director Hamaguchi said his goal was to score over 90.
