We are not limited to one form, but offer rental or sale depending on what the customer requires.“, he noted.
In the same line, Ellard Melgar Riveradirector of Electromotion, noted that this double-digit progress was also used by the electric truck unit. “Of the total growth, in my opinion, at least half is accounted for by electric trucks. We know that this is a more demanding segment, especially with the truck problem, but we are preparing for it.“, he pointed out Fernandez-Stol.
As part of this preparation, the company strengthened its infrastructure. The manager clarified that in addition to its operations in Lima (Pachacamac) and Trujillo, during 2025 it opened operations in Olmos (Chicayo) with the aim of strengthening customer service in the north of the country. “These are farm-based operations with workshops, back-up units and a small office to service nearby customers.s,” he explained.

This growth will be accompanied by new investments. In parallel, Electromotion is looking to push its foray into the mining sector. “We have been testing with various mining companies and the response has been positive. It’s a new product for them, but those who try it take it well“, they pointed out.
As part of this strategy, analyzes the opening of a new line of business related to electric pick-up trucks designed specifically for mining. These will be 100% electric units, whose import and technical verification will be carried out first through pilot tests. “Before putting the fleet into operation, we always test some units. Unlike other companies, we not only sell, but also provide after-sales service through our own workshops.“, he clarified.
This project, however, is scheduled for the second half of 2026, as during the first half of the year the company will focus on autonomy and performance tests, given the current limitations of the charging infrastructure on the roads.
