The new phone wants to revolutionize the market by the end of 2025, as RedMagic 11 Proa mobile phone with a unique feature: it is the first mass-market device with liquid cooling.
The solution is called AquaCore, and it’s even built into the phone’s design – you can see the cooling in action on the back of the phone in two clear finishes: Nightfreeze and Subzero. There is also a third opaque model – black called Cryo.
The RedMagic 11 Pro has the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, but also has a RedCore R4 chip inside. Both, along with LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.1 Pro storage, deliver niceties like super-resolution frame interpolation, better touch response, and 33% lower latency.
The Snapdragon SoC offers a CPU frequency of up to 4.6GHz, a GPU frequency of up to 1.2GHz and a 37% faster NPU compared to the previous RedMagic flagship.
It is paired with 12GB, 16GB or 24GB of RAM.
The magic of its liquid cooling
RedMagic says the 11 Pro’s vapor chamber is the largest in the world at 13,116mm². Add to that a layer of liquid metal, active liquid cooling, and an active 24,000 rpm fan, and the RedMagic 11 Pro should deliver impressive sustained performance.
RedMagic says its phone outperforms the iPhone 17 Pro Max in the gaming UI test with a higher average frame rate (60.9fps vs. 59.6fps), better frame rate (0.5fps vs. 6.5fps), and lower battery consumption while gaming (27% vs. 49%).
Other features of RedMagic 11 Pro
- On the front panel is a 6.85-inch 144 Hz AMOLED with a continuous surface area, thanks to the next-generation camera under the display – a 16 MP unit.
- The phone has a 7500mAh battery with 120W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. There are two 50MP cameras on the back: a wide-angle and an ultra-wide with fixed focus.
- RedMagic 11 Pro is available exclusively through redmagic.gg and from selected partners in a wide range of countries in North America, Europe (including the UK), Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East.
- The phone will go on sale on November 18, with an Early Bird promotion running from November 13 to 18 if you pre-order.
