The secret drone of the United States Army, known as the X-37B, took successfully aboard the Falcon 9 missiles from SpaceX. The launch, which took place at 23:50 local time from the base of Kaba Kaba, in Florida, notes the eighth mission of this mysterious ship.
The take -off was broadcast live by Elon Musk, which shows the promotion of the car designed to remain in orbit for hundreds of days. Despite the United Start Alliance design, Boeing’s subsidiary, launch was responsible for SpaceX.
The US space forces have retained the exact length of the mission in the reserve, although it confirmed that the X-37B will hold a “wide range of experiments.” In a recent statement, the military person explained that Dron checks for the next generation technology, including laser ties and the most advanced quantum sensor, which was checked in space.
According to space force, the mission will contribute to “increasing the sustainability, efficiency and safety of architectures based on space”.
X-37b, which is nine meters long in size and has a 4.5 meter wingspan, resembles a miniature version of the remote spaces. In previous missions, this ship conducted experiments on NASA, which added it a multifunctional and high secret profile of cars.
