Clues found in the Final Fantasy VII Remake soundtrack may indicate that Square Enix already has a title planned for the third installment. And since the publisher plans to wrap up Cloud’s arc with a trilogy, there’s nothing better than saying goodbye to “rebirth.”

The information was released by leaker “aitaikimochi” on X. According to her, the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth album may revive the features of songs from the previous game. Because the song “One Winged Angel — Rebirth” would practically predict the name of the game.
Now, the track “One Winged Angel” returns to the Final Fantasy VII Remake disc, but with a change that could have been compromising: instead of “Rebirth”, there is the word “Reborn”. Could this be the planned title for the end of the trilogy?

Another guess for the third part of Final Fantasy VII Remake
Another clue noted by the leaker refers to the last song on the soundtrack. According to her, another potential title for the third part of Final Fantasy VII Remake would be “The Return”, since Aerith’s theme will be about “returning” to the planet.
It should be remembered that Square Enix has not commented on anything. Therefore, all evidence should be considered as guesswork.
