The Stray Souls launch trailer shows why we shouldn’t enter the cursed mansion

A few months ago we told you about Wandering soulsa new and promising horror game that is destined to become one of the surprises of the genre in 2023. It not only caught our attention with its strong inspiration from Resident Evil and Silent Hill – especially in the Konami saga – but also for its extraordinary setting and the premise of its story, as it focuses on the character a young man who moves into a newly acquired mansion, unable to imagine that the town of Aspen Falls is cursed.

Well, you know we have terror month, right? October, the month that ends with the celebration of Halloween 2023 and the perfect launch date Stray Souls coming October 25 next year for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series XS and Xbox One. To celebrate the occasion, Jukai Studio has shared a tense – and terrifying – new trailer, which you can see just above these lines.

The game relies on the basic elements of traditional survival horror, such as exploring the scenario, finding clues, solving puzzles, fighting and surviving. But that’s not all, because one of the main incentives is necessity make certain decisions that, according to the title’s Steam description, “shape the protagonist’s personality”.

October is definitely about cursed cities and towns.
