Apple has just announced the latest new games coming to Apple Arcade, and among them is a big AAA title: Sid Meier’s Civilization VII. Here are the details.
Civilization VII is coming to Apple Arcade on February 5th

Apple Arcade has prepared a gift for fans of the popular PC franchise Civilization.
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII will get an arcade edition that was released Thursday, February 5 for all Apple Arcade subscribers.
From Apple’s press release:
Build the greatest empire the world has ever known. On February 5, the award-winning strategy franchise from legendary game designer Sid Meier comes to Apple Arcade with the release of Sid Meier’s Civilization VII Arcade Edition. Now players can enjoy this AAA PC on the go as it can be played on iPhone, iPad and Mac. In an important new chapter in the iconic series, empires develop as each distinct era of human history begins, and players’ strategic decisions will shape the unique cultural lineage of their civilizations. Whether players choose to follow a path rooted in history or imagine new possibilities, they can create a legacy that will reverberate through the ages.
On February 5, Civilization VII will be joined by three new games:
Civilization is obviously the standout of the bunch, though I’m personally always a fan of rhythm games and can’t wait to try Felicity’s Door.
