In particular, PS4 and PS5 players have reported two error codes (CE-107982-7 in NW-102633-5), which indicate a temporary application failure. Error code NW-102633-5
This error appears with the following message: “The connection to the server has been interrupted. It is possible that network connection problem or a PlayStation Network or service provider server temporary redemptionTo fix this, Sony suggests the following steps:
- Check PSN page status if the server goes down or is under maintenance.
- Restart your PlayStation 5, connect it to the Internet using a landline connection where possible, and reconfigure your network settings.
- If you are using a wireless connection, check the installation location, i.e. try to move the PS5 closer to the router or remove any obstacles that interrupt the connection between them
- Turn off the router and modem, wait at least 5 minutes and restart them.
- Update your router’s firmware (contact your router vendor for information on how to update your router).
- If possible, try opening the following ports. TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 and UDP: 3478, 3479,49152～65535. For help opening ports and configuring your router, contact your Internet service provider.
- In the network settings, set the IP address manually to improve the connection.
- It may also improve if you temporarily change your DNS settings. Go to your DNS settings in your network settings and use the public DNS that some companies or organizations provide for free and open to the public.

Error code CE-107982-7
Although players have also reported this code appearing on PS4 and PS5, PlayStation It does not have a specific website with its explanation and solution.
