After more than a decade since the launch of GTA 5, we can say that we will finally have a trailer for GTA 6, specifically on the 5th of December this year. This is something that has been fully confirmed by Rockstar itself, but what we don’t know is the game’s release date, which we hope will be announced tomorrow. With the latest leaks we’ve seen a few weeks ago, it’s been shown that will arrive in 2025but now the launch time is changed again.
But before that, let’s get down to the first tweet, as Alex Smith, formerly of Bend Studio (Syphon Filter, Days Gone), announces that PlayStation will have the marketing rights to GTA 6. It has been announced that GTA 6 is coming to PS5 Pro a year before PC, confirming the existence of this much-anticipated console. Other sources have provided more details, indicating that GTA 6 and the new console will be released in form pack next yearreaching 4K and 60fps in the game.

Everything seems to point to GTA 6 launching next year alongside the PS5 Pro before PC, which many of us have been waiting for. Let’s remember that GTA 5 was released on the computer practically a a year and a half after launching on PS3 and Xbox 360. We could agree on that, but it turns out there are more interesting leaks. And a few hours after the release of the first official trailer, you can already see a few seconds about what Vice City will be like. It’s only a few seconds long, and the recording quality is low, but we can see a few skyscrapers that closely match the ones that were leaked in gameplay last year.
Apparently, the videos uploaded to TikTok have been removed due to copyright, so everything points to this being a genuine leak from the game. In theory it was filtered through Son of Aaron Garbutt, art director of Rockstar Games. Continuing with the leaks, it has been revealed that the map will be 2x the size of Los Santos in GTA 5. We will have 3 big cities and 4 small ones with a large lake in the center of the map. We’ll be able to enter 70% of buildings, far surpassing any Grand Theft Auto game, and perhaps the most important of all is that Release date – autumn 2024. We’ll see if tomorrow’s trailer reveals any of the leaks, as it can all be ignored if Rockstar announces something official from their end.
