It’s not Dino Crisis Remake, but Capcom’s dinosaur horror sequel is already available

We would like to talk to you about A remake of the dinosaur crisis to tell you that it exists, but unfortunately it doesn’t, at least for now. Capcom’s saga is well-loved, as Resident Evil, with its dinosaurs and heavy doses of terror and action, left its mark on many gamers, and today it often appears on the lists where users list their favorite video games. We don’t know if we’ll ever see it again, but we can invite you to take a look at it. Dinobreak, a new game that looks a lot like survival horror starring Regina.

Dinobreak is out today on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via It costs €19.99 on Steam and the story synopsis reads: “The crisis of the past returns as dinosaurs ravage a metropolitan city on a fateful night in 1999. Join survivors from across the city to discover the origin of the attack and find your way to safety.

How are Dinobreak and Dino Crisis similar?

In pretty much everything, outside of the room where the dinosaurs have gone out of control, the game relies on the basic survival horror mechanics of the 90s: exploration, finding key items, resource and inventory management, puzzle solving, survival and combat, among others. Highlights include a co-op mode for playing with other players and a game room called Operation: Feral Raptor, a non-stop action mode in the city.

Dinobreak is available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
