A Pokémon Go player found a Field Research task that asked the player to scan something, although it’s not what you might think.
Although Pokémon Go is suitable for all ages, sometimes things can take a strange turn in the mobile game.
Earlier this year, a Pokémon Go trainer found a strange battle animation sequence that could be considered inappropriate for some younger players.
Recently, a Pokémon Go player joined the craze and found a strange Field Research task that, at first glance, sounds very cheesy.

Pokémon Go trainer finds Field Research task NSFW
A Pokémon Go trainer named “Woodland-wanderer24” posted on Reddit a screenshot of the Field Research task on the official Pokémon Go subreddit that Niantic asked him to complete.
However, the job title is not suitable for this job.

The “Investigation” task required the player to “Scan a Rooster”, which although in Spanish is simply “Scan a Rooster”, in English the word “rooster” has a different meaning, which we might call a female hen. For those wondering, the original author claimed that the Rooster was the name of a nearby pub.

It’s not uncommon for Niantic to release location scanning challenges in Pokémon Go, as players can scan PokéStops and other destinations through the app. But this one is obviously very different, given the name.
And, somewhat surprisingly, several players responded and poked fun at the title of the Field Research task.
One player said of the challenge’s odd title: “Some people would do anything for Poffin.” Interestingly, the reward for completing this Pokémon Go Research task was a Poffin.
Another bluntly added: “Probably the best quest ever.”
