The annual match between EA SPORTS FC 24 and eFootball 2024 (formerly FIFA and PES) has already begun, but we must not lose sight of a rival who wants to compete with them for the throne of football in video games: UFL, a free-to-play simulator developed by StrikerZ, whose development will be slow but sure. It’s been a few months since we got news about it, so we have to point out that its creators have confirmed an open beta that you can sign up for.
In addition, the StrikerZ studio published a new gameplay game that you can see below. In the video we see some dribbles, plays and an actual goal from outside the area, elements that help us get an idea of what the game is all about.
How to sign up for the UFL beta
The process is very simple as all you need to do is this Go to the official UFL website, select the only available option and add your email address (check the box to confirm that you are over 16). Of course, StrikerZ hasn’t clarified details of the beta, such as available platforms or when it will be playable, so it’s limited to saying that the lucky ones will get the news in their inbox soon.
UFL is free-to-play and confirmed for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Nothing is known about its release date at the moment.
