HMD has launched a new phone that is said to blur the line between phones and smartphones. The new device is called HMD Touch 4G, a new device is compact with an affordable price.
Available in dark -syn and blue, HMD Touch 4G looks like HMD Skyline shrinks. It has a flat screen surrounded by a thick front and chin, and the latter is located with a tablet. The sides are curved, while the upper and lower part is flat. In the back there is an island of a camera with a cookie containing a single sensor and an LED flash.
According to the specification, it is 102.3 × 61.85 × 10.85 mm and weighs 100 grams. It makes it slightly higher than Motorola Razr Ultra (currently available on Amazon for $ 999.99) when composed.
As for the specifications, the 4G Touch HMD has a 3.2 -pole touch screen with QVGA’s resolution and 2.5D crystall that covers it. It is provided by the Unisoc T127 processor, the same chip that carries the HMD 105 4G. It is combined with 64 MB of RAM and an unfortunate 128 MB of storage. Fortunately, there is a microSD slot that is up to 32GB of additional storage.
As for the cameras, buyers will receive a 0.3 -megapixel front camera and 2MP behind. HMD Touch 4G also has Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, Double Compatibility SIM (NANO only), FM radio, GPS, headphones, port USB-C and one speaker and microphone. It includes 1,950 mAh, which, according to HMD, must provide up to 30 hours of use. It also has the certification of IP52 dust and water resistance.
HMD sends 4G Touch with a personalized operating system that causes Touch RTOS, and comes with what is called Cloud Phone Service. This gives users access to a direct browser located in the cloud, to news, games and other important information.
It also comes with an app called Express Chat, which supports text and voice messages as well as video calls. Users can record a voice message by holding a quick call button located at the top of the device. The Express Chat app can also be downloaded on Android and iOS devices from the Play Store and the App Store respectively.
4G Touch HMD can be purchased directly at HMD for 3999 (~ 45/39 euros). It comes with a loader and a protective building included in the field.
