Oakley and Meta are introducing a new generation of AI eyewear to the Mexican market, expanding the local availability of the wearable tech category that combines athletic performance, connectivity and design. The Oakley Meta HSTN and Oakley Meta Vanguard models represent advancements in the integration of intelligent solutions into products focused on movement and the active experience.

The collaboration represents an important step for Oakley, a brand with fifty years of experience at the intersection of sport, culture and design.
In an alliance with Meta, the firm includes AI-powered capture, audio and voice assistance features in glasses designed to accompany physical activity and empower the wearer in real-time.
The Oakley Meta HSTN is the first model of this new category to arrive in the country. Designed for both athletes and enthusiasts, it combines a hands-free 3K Ultra HD camera, open-ear speakers and AI voice commands.
The model offers a 40% longer battery life, IPX4 water resistance and various lens configurations with Prizm and Transitions technologies aimed at optimizing contrast and visibility.
For its part, the Oakley Meta Vanguard elevates the offering to high performance. The model includes integration with platforms such as Strava and Garmin, a 12-megapixel POV camera, personalized data via voice commands, immersive audio and IP67 certification. Its design prioritizes stability, comfort and concentration during sports activities with interchangeable PRIZM lenses.
Both models will be available in Mexico starting December 19, starting at 8,489 pesos for the Oakley Meta HSTN and 10,609 pesos for the Oakley Meta Vanguard.
Distribution will be through select EssilorLuxottica outlets, specialty opticians and premium stores in the country.
