This is reported by some users PlayStation permanently blocked access to their accounts and games on PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles for no apparent reason and without prior notification of this action.
The video game company has systems in place by which it can suspend player accounts in certain cases if they do not comply with the PlayStation Network Terms of Service. For example, in circumstances where the community’s code of conduct with other users is not followed.

Likewise, as stated on the support page, PlayStation only suspends access to the PlayStation Network “in the event of the most serious violations” of its policies.
However, some users have shared their complaints about their PlayStation accounts being permanently suspended without any prior notice and no apparent reason.e, which prevents them from accessing the PlayStation Network platform and thus the video games they have purchased on the service.
As noted by affected users in posts shared on Reddit, as well as violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.”
However, players have pointed out that this is a problem for Sony, as they say the company has no reason to suspend their accounts because they have not violated the Terms of Service. “They don’t tell me why they blocked my account in the first place. I don’t have letters about it either,” one player noted.
Accordingly, another affected user stated that after his account was suspended, he was unable to file an appeal and received no response from the company regarding the status of the suspension. For its part, PlayStation limited itself to recommendations on creating a new account and did not share information about it.
