Pokemon Go players are calling on fans to kick their Pokemon out of gyms before they are eligible for a 50 coin reward.

Pokemon Go gyms have been hotly debated for years. Many argue that there aren’t enough of them in the countryside or that they can’t supply legendary coins, while others question whether the current 50 coin limit can be improved by allowing players to take coins whenever they want or increasing the limit.

However, the fault is not always with Niantic, as some players have said. In fact, Pokemon Go players are now calling out other fans for kicking their Pokemon out of gyms early, overturning the 50 coin limit that many choose to stick to.

Posting their frustration on Reddit, one user shared their ten coin reward, adding that they “really want to let people earn their 50 to be more widely known in the community.” They went on to explain how to make sure other players get the maximum amount of coins. They “personally always wait until after 8 hours 20 minutes, but some people always kick me out immediately, I’m starting to think why bother at all”

Explaining his situation, the player shared that “it’s not that my campus doesn’t have enough gyms either, we have a ton of them considering the population and size of my campus. I also noticed that mostly lower level people get kicked out quickly. and I know someone will say, ‘They’re just playing a game’ and I get that, but it’s just annoying considering Pogo’s 50 BS per day limit.”

Many other players agreed with the poster in the comments, saying that they also feel incredibly frustrated when their Pokemon are kicked out before they win 50 coins: “I live next to two gyms, between an elementary school and a high school. . And every day without fail these kids kick me during lunch or after school. I can only get my 8 hours on weekends when they are not in school. Sometimes it’s funny, sometimes it’s annoying.”

Others have turned to blaming Niantic for the mechanics rather than looking for other players. They pointed out that “Niantic is sinning for 8 hours for 50 coins” and that they blame “Pokémon Go for being stupid for a daily limit of 50 coins.”

On top of that, one user shared a mild solution to the frustration, explaining that “Niantic decided it was better to make trainers wait for their Pokemon to return before getting coins! Run, letting us collect our coins again through the menu would solve a lot of problems!”

Despite the disappointment, many players disagreed with the poster, stating that “this opinion is valid. What if the person who beat you up only had access to the gym? The whole idea is to fight the gyms. Just de-load the gyms for a few days, don’t rely on just one.”

It seems like players are getting frustrated trying to get the most out of other gyms. Whether or not this is the goal of the game depends on the player’s preference.
