PlayStation is celebrating its 30th anniversary this month with a series of events and activities aimed at its fans. The company has organized various initiatives ranging from music collaborations to free-to-play gaming experiences, focusing on popular franchises such as God of War and Gran Turismo. PlayStation Plus users will also be able to enjoy additional benefits this festive period.
One of the most notable offers is a collaboration with Spotify, which will allow users to gain access soundtracks to iconic games from PlayStation. The initiative, which will run until January 2025, includes the availability of soundtracks for titles such as God of War and Twisted Metal on platforms such as Amazon Music and Apple Music. Spotify has created a special playlist to celebrate the brand’s 30th anniversary.

Shapes of Play: Battle board game
As part of the celebration, PlayStation announced the launch of the Shapes of Play collection, a line exclusive products designed by the brand’s in-house team. This collection, which includes a board game and a pack of magnetic dicewill be available on PS Direct from December 9th and is available for pre-order now.
On the other hand, the PlayStation Store has discounts on games like Mortal Kombat 11 and STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Deluxe Edition. This promotion offers players the opportunity to expand their digital library at reduced prices.
GAME has launched its own Christmas campaign with great discounts on PS5 consoles, accessories and video games
As for the GAME chain of stores, it launched the “Get ready for Christmas with PlayStation” campaign in Spain.
