When you both played Pokemon Scarlet or Violet game, and follow Pokémon Trading Card Game, you’ll notice that the first four sets are completely missing the inhabitants of the Great Paldei Crater. These are either ancient or futuristic Pokemon (depending on which one you played Scarlet or Violet) finally appear in November TCG set, Paradox Rift, and we’ve picked some of our favorite cards from the upcoming release.
Things have been very busy just now TCG. Having released three main sets in the new Scarlet and purple era, we’re in the middle of a big fuss over the Gen I holiday special set right now, Pokemon 151and just minutes away from a special (completely sold out) set, The classic Pokémon trading card game. And yet, with all this happening, next month will see more another core set, Paradox Rift. This is what will finally lead to the game’s biggest twist, these time-shifted monsters that enter the card game.
As usual, this set is a combination of cards translated from two other Japanese sets, this time September’s Raging Surf and October’s dual Ancient Roar and Future Flash. The final double set is still in the process of being revealed, but we’ve already seen a good number of gorgeous full-art cards that will be arriving on our shores in less than a month.
So we’ve picked our favorites from everything we know so far, using art from English and Japanese postcards to whet your appetite. Let us know what cards you think will be your chasers.
